Natalie Wiseman Graham is a Lincoln county native, a graduate from Lincolnton High School. Natalie began serving on the United Way Board of Directors in 2021 and has been an active and involved board member since then! Natalie currently serves as Co-Chair of the UWLC Events and Volunteerism committee.
She currently works for Raytheon Technologies leading diversity, equity, and inclusion workforce intelligence. Natalie is passionate about building relationships, inclusion, data analytics, and solving problems. Natalie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from North Carolina State university and a master’s degree in business administration from Gardner-Webb. She co-leads the Charlotte Alteryx User Group and the Charlotte Tableau User Group, is an Alteryx innovator, volunteers with Meals on Wheels, and serves on the United Way Board of Directors. Natalie’s role model is her mom, Beth Wiseman. Natalie loves spending time with her niece Lola, husband Lynwood, listening to live music, paddle boarding on Lake Norman, playing pickleball and golf, and is an avid runner.
